The hotel had a convenient location right in front of the Gare de Cornavin, making it easy to access public transport and nearby shops.
The breakfast options were limited and not particularly exciting, falling short for the price charged.

The staff is professional, no complaints. That includes the maids and breakfast service. I only appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel and the cleaning of the room. The hotel is located on rue Mont-Blanc, a step away from the famous bridge of the same name, the main pier of pleasure and sightseeing steamers, as well as the railway station. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants around, but the environment is calm and safe.
I've been staying at this hotel all the time for years. So I don't have any serious comments. The only thing weak, in my opinion, is breakfast. But, in principle, it's not a problem, especially since the hotel positions itself as a three-star hotel.

great location but needs improvement
The location is perfect, right across from the train station, ideal for my short stay. The bed in my small single room was very comfortable. I also appreciated the strong and hot shower, made for a refreshing morning routine. Plus, the city view from the room added a nice touch to my experience.
The decor felt somewhat dated, which did not match the price I paid.

It had great location so close to Smurphs Buildings. Bunk bed was so exceptionally comfortable, and the room was comfortable. Courteous staff at the reception desk, the room was reasonably spacious and updated.
That lounge area was missing.

Excellent location: close to Cornavin railway station, from where it is convenient to get to the airport (taking into account the waiting time the way will take no more than half an hour) and travel to other cities. There are also public transport stops, to which the hotel gives free pass for the duration of your stay. However, it is a common practice for all hotels in Geneva. There is no need to be afraid of the station district: it is quite safe and clean. There are a lot of shops and supermarkets nearby, among which I would note Manor and Coop. To the quay of Lake Geneva 500 m, to the Old City 1.5 km. . The room is clean, with a huge comfortable bed, safe, fridge (without mini-bar), quiet air conditioning, kettle with a set of tea and coffee. At the check in very handy was a welcome bottle of water. There are several Russian channels on TV. Sound insulation is good, WiFi signal is stable. The bathroom is clean, spacious, sanitary ware in good condition.
- There are not many disadvantages: weak artificial lighting in the room;... a modest breakfast: there was nothing hot except an omelette, which alternated with boiled eggs, even traditional sausages and fried bacon. No vegetables, no fruit salad either (although there were fruit), a small selection of baked goods and slices of cheese... Other drawbacks include a small built-in wardrobe, where our small luggage can hardly fit.

The location right by the train station is convenient. The room was clean and quiet, offering a nice city view, which was a good bonus. The shower left a bit to be desired, as it could use some modernization.

Everything was excellent, efficient staff, exceptionally good views of lake and mountain. Freshly cooked breakfast was provided. Location: the hotel was just off main railway station and all public transport as well as the main railway station and transportation hub, close to the old city. For short-orders there was Parfums de Beyrouth, we found it close by. Liked our stay here.

Positioned conveniently near the central train station, the comfortable single room offered essential amenities, including a mini-fridge and a cool air conditioning unit for a restful stay. The peaceful ambiance, despite a bustling street outside was good. Some minor downsides included the slightly soft mattress and a WiFi connection that occasionally dropped. A good selection for breakfast was appreciated, but the limited options could leave some wanting more variety.

Location was excellent. Convenient for railway station and City. Ideal for one night stop. I really liked the free public transport initiative for tourists.
I was surprised not to find a bar, restaurant or lounge. In my bedroom I had a desk and chair but the proximity of the bed to the desk made the chair unusable. So for any more than one night this would have been an issue for me.

Great spot across from the train station! Enjoyed wandering around the old town and taking a boat ride. The room was clean with reliable WiFi, and air conditioning was a plus. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and we never struggled to find a table. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.
The mattress was harder than I preferred, made for a few uncomfortable nights.
